The golden soul represents your solar body, which you must refine within yourself to attain. In truth, there is nothing external to acquire, as it already resides within you. This constitutes the essence of spiritual work: the unveiling of your inherent possession.

One possesses the seed of the soul. When an individual achieves self-realisation or experiences a moment of Samadhi, they come to the realisation that they transcend their physical form and are, in essence, the soul. Subsequently, the spiritual journey entails nurturing and cultivating this seed of the soul, much like planting it in fertile ground.

In the European alchemical tradition, the elixir of life is intricately linked to the concept of the philosopher's stone.

The Elixir has been known by countless names (one Chinese history scholar is said to have unearthed more than 1,000 appellations for it), including Kimia, Amrit Ras or Amrita, Aab-i-Hayat, Maha Ras, Aab-Haiwan, and Dancing Water.

The term "Kimia" originates from Ancient Greek and is utilised in ancient Persian literature, where it signifies a substance that has the power to transmute and bestow vitality.
