Story
A cairn is a pile of stones that marks a boundary, a route across rough ground, or the top of a mountain.

A cairn is sometimes also built in memory of someone.

Eskimos build Cairns over a food cache as they can be seen rising above the flat snow-covered or rocky ground.

There is also the use of tombstones in some cultures.

An extraordinary piece of Jarrah which I believe may have been struck by lightning. A magnificent burl almost makes the model look pregnant.
I call this piece Kenya as this is where our model originally came from.
